29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 22-24 Dune Terrace, Ortley Beach NJ: Employees, not wearing fall protection nor supplied with guardrails, safety nets, etc., were exposed to falls (in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below) when performing roof shingle rip, tear, replace, and other related activities from the roof of a condominium complex that had a pitch of approximately 4 on 12. Condition observed on or about 09/27/14.
