29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Building 4, Route 130 South & Fieldsboro Road, Bordentown NJ: A company employee, wearing a full body harness that was not attached to a lanyard, was exposed to falls (in excess of 27 feet to the ground surface below) when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities from the roof that had a pitch of approximately 9 on 12. Condition observed on or about 02/04/15. KCR Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997175, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/03/14, with respect to a workplace located at 22-24 Dune Terrace, Toms River, NJ.
