29 CFR 1926.350(a)(4): Compressed gas cylinder(s) being transported by powered vehicles were not secured in a vertical position. On or about October 7, 2014 compressed gas cylinders were transported to the jobsite lying horizontally in a general use towed trailer, exposing employees to potential struck by hazards. The Miller Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314703489, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4402 82nd St. Lubbock, TX. 79424.
