29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) For employees working at 2356 West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa, as observed on or about September 23, 2014. Employees were installing plywood sheathing on the upper working surface. The edge to ground height measured approximately 23 feet 4 inches. The employees were not using fall protection or an alternative means of protection while installing the plywood sheathing.   F&S Frame and Trim Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 670678, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 27 November 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1698 Gulf to Bay Drive in Clearwater, Florida 33755.
