29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) At 32490 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684, employees were installing plywood sheathing on the upper working surface. The edge to ground measurement was approximately 15 feet. The employees were not using fall protection or an alternative means of protection while installing the plywood sheathing.      F&S Frame and Trim Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997246, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on December 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2356 W. Hillsborough Ave in Tampa, Florida 33603.    F&S Frame and Trim Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 670678, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1698 Gulf to Bay Drive in Clearwater, Florida 33755.
