29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    a) 145 Towery Road in Guntown, MS - On or about October 2, 2014, a circuit breaker panel was not labeled to indicate the purpose of each breaker of which a couple of circuit breakers went to a floor mounted scissor lift.    b) 414 CR 2790 in Guntown, MS - On or about October 7, 2014, a main 1600 amp switchboard located in upholstery at the end of the tunnel had 2 circuit breakers feeding sub-panels were not labeled.    H.M. Richards, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315302596, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 17, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 414 County Road 2790 in Guntown, MS 38849.
