29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Sewing department - On or about February 10, 2015, a Jiffy Steamer near a time clock was wired with a 3 conductor 16 AWG gage flexible cord in place of the manufacturer's 3 conductor 14 AWG gage flexible cord that was supplied with the steamer.
