The employer did not conduct an assessment to determine the type of hazards located at the jobsite and the appropriate personal protective equipment to be utilized when working around the jobsite hazards, on or about 10/01/14.

The employees were not require to utilize eye protection when dry cutting the wood pieces for the wood stakes, to prevent wooden dust and chips particles from flying back  into the employees face, on or about 10/01/14.

The employer did not required to employees who walk and work around the stacks of wooden lumber; as well as handling the stack of wooden lumber, to utilize foot protection, to prevent foot injuries in the event the wooden material falling and striking employee's feet, on or about, 10/01/14.

The stake pointer machine/saw was not equipped with an awareness barrier and/or a fixed or movable guard device to prevent employees from coming in contact with the intermittent rotating parts which is located in the open area of the machine.  The stake pointer machine/saw was not guarded to prevent employees exposures with the cutting parts of the equipment, on or about 10/01/14.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:  a.  101 Folendore Road, Gray, GA (Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to hazard of flying debris. Employees were using compressed air to clean the wood debris/shaving off the machines and employees' clothing.  The air pressure gauge measured greater than 60 psi, on or about 10/01/14.
