29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a) Meat Department - An employee was using a Hobart Model # 6614, Serial # 27-1181-250, band saw to cut meat. The blade was exposed approximately 4 inches above the guide; on or about 10/7/2014.  Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
