29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. a) Underpass at the intersection of Routes 22 and 611, Easton, Worksite - On or about October 7, 2014, an employee was working from a vehicle mounted aerial lift, at a working height approximately nine feet above grade, without a body belt/personal fall arrest harness with an attached lanyard being worn and attached to the boom or basket.
