29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about at 10/07/14 located at 2050 Poplar Falls Ave., Lithonia, GA: Employees were framing a house with lumber, floor joist and scrap 2 x 4s were observed falling to the ground as employees was working below tossing up scrap lumber to the 2nd floor, without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.
