29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about March 12, 2015, at 1674 Azalea Creek Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  a) An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 23-feet and greater when he worked from the garage roof of a house without tying off to a lifeline.   b) An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11.9-feet when he worked from the second floor of a house at an unprotected window opening without using fall protection.   Eastern Framing, Inc. was cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1018258, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5185 Rialto Way, Cumming, Georgia.
