29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) For the Bonefish Grill at 2519 McMullen Booth Rd., Clearwater, FL, as observed on or about 10/07/2014, corrosive chemicals were present such as, but not limited to, Ecolab Oasis 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer and Ecolab Greasestrip Plus degreaser. Employees mixed the concentrated degreaser with water by pouring the degreaser into buckets or bottles. No eyewash or shower station was present to provide suitable quick drenching and flushing of the body/eyes.
