29 CFR 1910.219(p)(1):     General. All power-transmission equipment shall be inspected at intervals not exceeding 60 days and be kept in good working condition at all times.    (a)On or about October 2-6 2014 the CD8008 drag conveyor located atop the DDGS silos was operated with a deficient head shaft bearing (dodge SCM). on October 6, 2014, one of the DDGS silos, Silo 8020 was engaged in a loading process and experienced an internal deflagration resulting in an explosion causing damage to the silo roof. The silo was being fed by CD8008 drag conveyor with the noted bearing deficiency.
