There is not any abatement documentation required for this item.  Abatement occurred during the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):  This provision is applicable to construction employment by 1926.59.    29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):    The employer failed to ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked:    Worksite located 3 miles south of Tilden NE:  The employer did not ensure that a diesel storage tank was marked with the contents as required.  The tank was placarded with a DOT label showing 1993 which is the DOT marking for diesel fuel oil.     Abatement certification is required for this violation.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
