29 CFR 1926.20(b)(4): The employer failed to permit only those employees qualified by training or experience to operate equipment and machinery: The employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from struck-by hazards assoicated with inadequately trained truck drivers working as part of an aphalt crew. This was most recently documented on June 18, 2019 North of Highway 20 on highway 71 East of Crawford Nebraska where the employer has inadequately trained truck drivers operating tractor/trailers as part of the asphalt paving crew exposing ground employees to struck-by hazards as evident in this fatality.

This was most recently documented on June 18, 2019 North of Highway 20 on highway 71 East of Crawford Nebraska where the employer has inadequately trained employees responsible for the ground operations for the Roadtec RX-900e Milling Machine exposed to struck-by hazards evident in this fatality.
