29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) On or about October 16, 2014 at 10 East Industrial Parkway, Troy, NY 12180 the employer's hazard communication program had not been updated to include training on the revised hazardous communication standard (HCS 2012) and the new format and types of information on each section of the safety data sheets (SDSs). Employees handle various chemicals in the freight and need education on SDS in the case of a chemical spill.
