29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  a)  Lauda Brinkmann - Service/maintenance shop:  The employer did not provide medical evaluation to employees using 3M half mask respirators with P100 Multi Gas/Vapor Cartridge/Filter 60926 when using chemicals for brazing operations as well as the 134a Refrigerant.  Condition noted on or about 10/10/2014.
