29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made: On or about October 2, 2014, the employer did not ensure aisles used by Kalmar, Model DCF370-12 coil tractors in 9 yard coil storage area were maintained with a sufficient safe clearance, between the steel coils stacked in the 930 row and the 138kv electric line utility tower.
