29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about October 16, 2014, the employee working from the Skyjack 4x4 aerial lift was not wearing a body belt and lanyard attached to the basket, exposing himself to a 9 feet fall hazard. b. On or about October 16, 2014, the employee working from the basket attached to the forks of a lull was not wearing a body belt and lanyard attached to the basket, exposing himself to a 9 feet fall hazard.
