29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system or any other type fall protection method: a. On or about July 18, 2019, employees installing a metal roof system were not protected from falling up to 42 feet by the use of a fall protection system. Sperry & Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1302974, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2121 W Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
