29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about 16 October, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, four employees were installing tar paper on a roof of a building without receiving fall protection training, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet and 10 inches.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: On or about 16 October, 2014, at the above addressed job site, four employees were installing tar paper on a roof of a building without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 15 feet and 10 inches to the concrete floor below. The M. Romeros Roofing & Inspections, Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314262718, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1525 Northview Dr. Miami Beach, FL, 33140
