29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On or about October 1, 2018, at 3555 W Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL, 33060, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet, while removing roof tile and replacing damaged plywood without using any means of conventional fall protection system on a roof of a residence with a 5:12 pitch. The M. Romero's Roofing & Inspections, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1001656, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 4735 SW 74 Ave, Miami, FL, 33155.
