Note: The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator. Imageone Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 936309, citation number 1, item number 2-b, and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 677 Dunksferry Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020. ABATEMENT NOTE: By this date the employer must either correct the alleged violation or implement a Fire Safety Policy, as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.38(a) and (b) which included the evacuation requirement of 29 CFR 1910.157(b). Imageone Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 936309, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 677 Dunksferry Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020.
