29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed:  (a) On or about 10/20/2014 - Facility, UV Line, DADO Line, Edge Band Machine, Assembly Line, Sanding Line, Panel Line, Painting Line, Bag House(s), Hinge Cutting Area, and Maintenance Shop, periodic inspections had not been documented for machines such as, but not limited to, the UV Line (Sander, Paint/Stain, Ultraviolet, De-nipper), and Fletcher FM-45EB Edge Bander.  Tru-Wood Cabinet Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314556978, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/24/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 41778 Highway 77 Ashland, Alabama 36251.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to items of this section:  (a) On or about 10/20/2014 - Facility, UV Line, DADO Line, Edge Band Machine, Assembly Line, Sanding Line, Panel Line, Painting Line, Bag House(s), Hinge Cutting Area, and Maintenance Shop, written procedures did not communicate the techniques to control hazardous energy, and locations of disconnects on equipment such as, but not limited to the, UV Line (Sander, Paint/Stain, Ultraviolet, De-nipper) and Fletcher FM-45EB Edge Bander.
