29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: On or about October 23, 2014, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet in height to unpaved ground level below and not being trained to recognize the hazards while installing wood trusses on a rooftop without having any fall protection measures in place.
