(a) On October 22, 2014 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury because flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degrees were dispensed into secondary containers without electrical bonding between the two containers. The hazard was located in Bay 3.

29 CFR 1915.134(a): The maximum angular exposure of the grinding wheel periphery and sides was more than 90 degrees. (a) On October 22, 2014 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to a serious hazard from the Delta bench grinder in the metal shop. The grinder did not have a guard to cover the side of the grinding wheel and the spindle end, nut and flange projection.
