29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: a) On or about 10/22/14, in the back of Room 1861 FOB at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, 1900 Military Rd., Niagara Falls, NY: A temporary light string was plugged into an extension cord laying on the concrete floor. One light socket in that string of temporary lights was also laying on the floor. There was no bulb in the socket and it was not guarded. The socket was energized at 120 volts-ac. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
