OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees riding as passenger on a front end loader that was not equipped with additional seats, seat belts and rollover protective structure: On or about October 22, 2014, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught in between hazards when riding as passengers on a front end loader that was not equipped with additional seats, seat belts and rollover protective structure.
