OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees riding as passenger on a front end loader that was not equipped with additional seats, seat belts and rollover protective structure: On or about May 12, 2016, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when riding as passengers were riding in the front bucket on a front end loader. Ortega Grading, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1003502, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/09/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 23770 SW 115th Ave, Homestead, FL.
