Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On or about 12/24/14, at the site of Williamsville, NY. Employee, engaged in installing metal flashing membranes on the roof, was not protected by fall protection system(s). Employee was exposed to fall of 32 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
