29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a) At Lot 263 Stone Park, Pike Road, Alabama:  On or about October 20, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to step on the top step of a portable extension ladder used on site to gain access to and from the top of the framed walls exposing them to a fall hazard of 9.8 feet to the concrete ground below.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 263 Stone Park Pike Road, Alabama:  On or about October 20, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the top plate of framed walls without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 10.9 feet to the ground below.   THE MAC GAXIOLA DBA PROFESSIONAL FRAMING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 966336, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 7, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 263 STONE PARK, PIKE ROAD, ALABAMA.
