Employees of Alejandro Estrella Roofing, LLC., were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a commercial building with no fall protection in place.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Brian Pierce Roofing, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 540599, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 24,2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2241 Rainbows End Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.
