29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      (a)  On or about September 27, 2016, the employees were exposed to injuries from falls approximately 18.0 feet while engaged in roofing activities.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Brian Pierce Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was a repeat violation contained in OSHA inspection number 1003605, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 30, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 549 Lincoln Ave, Burlington, Co 80807.    Brian Pierce Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 540599, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 24, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2241 Rainbows End Point, Colorado Springs, Co 80915.
