29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about October 27, 2014 at the above addressed job site, employees at construction site for a one story house performing sheeting operation on the roof were not provided with safety glasses when using a pneumatic nail gun to perform job task.
