29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:  On or about 10/27/2014, at the above addressed location, employees working on a low sloped roof did not have any fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 15-feet.
