The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor: a) Warehouse, Building Unit 1520- The employer did not ensure that all exit routes were kept free and unobstructed. The exit route and access to the emergency exit door located in the back of the building was obstructed by staged pallets.
