29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 4th & Beacon, Sea Girt, NJ: On or about 10/27/2014, four employees of Moura Construction Corp. were conducting framing activities from the second floor decking of a multistory residential structure under construction. The employees on the ground below were exposed to potential struck-by hazards from falling materials or tools and were not protected by hard hats.

The employees were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 21 feet to the ground below.
