29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Worksite was located at 1707 Oak Terrace, Belmar, NJ 07719 Two workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty five feet to ground as they were sheeting a roof on a new single-family residence with no fall protection. Violation was observed on or about November 7, 2023 b) Worksite was located at 1707 Oak Terrace, Belmar, NJ 07719 Two workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately fourteen feet to ground as they were installing awning trusses for the front porch on a new single-family residence with no fall protection. Violation was observed on or about November 7, 2023

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Worksite was located at 1707 Oak Terrace, Belmar, NJ 07719 The employer did not provide for the employees exposed to fall hazards on the worksite training to enable the workers to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. Violation was observed on or about November 7, 2023 Moura Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1629167, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1701 White St, Lake Como, NJ 07719.
