Bruce Brunoe Logging was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 266(i)(7)(ii), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312392962, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2 , and was affirmed as a final order on issued on 01/05/2011 with respect to a work place located at, Warm Springs, OR Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for these items.
