29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: On or about 20 Oct, 2014, and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at 1913 E. Roosevelt Road, Little Rock AR, employees were exposed to tripping hazards on the damaged concrete steps used to access the upstairs office from the warehouse.
