29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(iv): Employee(s) approached a feller closer than two tree lengths of trees being felled without the feller acknowledging that it was safe to do so: 2014 Fire Timber Salvage, Block #25, Warm Springs Indian Reservation- (a) Two timber fallers were observed working approximately one tree length apart while falling trees of approximately 120 feet in length. Snags and danger trees were in the immediate area increasing exposure to struck-by hazards.
