29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure each employee with chromium (VI) exposure received chromium (VI) training in accordance with the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and paragraph (l)(2) of this section: a) Welders working with stainless steel were not trained on the hazards of chromium (VI) exposures, the work methods to be used to minimize chromium (VI) exposure and the contents of 29 CFR 1910.1026.
