29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: Service rig floor: On or about October 30, 2014, and times prior to, an employee engaged in the removal of a down hole electric pump with a service rig worked on the rig's unguarded floor. This exposed the employee to the hazard of falling over four feet.
