29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Welding cable(s) in use were in need of repair and worn to the extent of exposing bare conductors: Along the east side of the construction building, on or about November 03, 2014, an employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while doing steel erection welding work with welding cable leads that were damaged and had bare conductors. South Texas Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 546400, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 8703 Bandera, San Antonio, TX 78250.
