On or about November 4, 2014, the employer did not ensure that the SDS for bleach was accessible to employees. SDS are located in the manager's office which was locked. An employee was exposed to bleach and was unable to obtain a SDS.     b.) On or about November 6, 2014, the employer did not ensure that SDS were accessible to employees. SDS are located in the manager's office which is locked. Employees need to ask management to access the office which limits access to SDS.
