29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances shall be allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.    a- Central Mills Inc. dba Freeze, Dayton, NJ - Shipping/Receiving: Aisles and passageways were blocked with pallets and product.  Five aisles in receiving, where mechanical handling equipment is used, outside the Aerosol room, along the outside wall, were blocked with pallets of product. In shipping, where mechanical equipment is used, 33 of the 39 aisles were blocked with pallets of product.       Observed on/or about 2/25/2015.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:    a- Central Mills Inc. dba Freeze, Dayton, NJ - Shipping/Receiving: The exit route to the emergency exit door in receiving, along the outside wall, near the Aerosol room, was blocked by stacked product for five(5) aisles preventing access, in case of fire or other emergency, to the emergency exit door. In shipping, 33 of the 39 aisles were blocked with pallets of product preventing access, in case of fire or other emergency, to the emergency exit door.      Condition noted on or about 2/25/2015.
