29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Central Mills, Inc. dba Freeze/Dayton, NJ- Throughout the facility: Employer did not develop and implement at the workplace a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to the following chemical products: - EasiSolv 415 Stain & Haze Remover (corrosive with pH of 12), - PlastiSolv 842 Screen and Press Wash (flammable), - EasiStrip Supra One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover (corrosive with pH of 2-3), - Acetone, - Retarder, etc. Observed on or about November 6, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers were not provided information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: Central Mills, Inc. dba Freeze/Dayton, NJ- Throughout the facility: Employees were not provided with information and training on appropriate handling and safe use of hazardous chemicals (including flammables and corrosives) present at the workplace. Employees use chemical products such as but not limited to: - EasiSolv 415 Stain & Haze Remover (corrosive with pH of 12), - PlastiSolv 842 Screen and Press Wash (flammable), - EasiStrip Supra One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover (corrosive with pH of 2-3), - Acetone, - Retarder, etc. Observed on or about November 6, 2014.
