29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 7001 Palm Parkway, Building #9, Orlando, FL 32836, as observed on or about 11/06/2014, employees were performing residential roofing work, such as but not limited to, sheathing and framing without fall protection on roofs of apartment building with slopes of 4:12 and 6:12  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 29 feet and 9 inches.  The Hardware Installers, Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 914312, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/07/2013 with respect to a workplace located at Evander Square At Celebration, Celebration, FL 34747.  The Hardware Installers, Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 924766, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1596 Gaines Mill Court, Bldg. 1000, Celebration, FL 34747.  The Hardware Installers, Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 955046, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/10/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Baldwin Park, Orlando, FL 32812.
