29 CFR 1926.51(f)(4)(ii): One shower shall be provided for each 10 employees of each sex, or numerical fraction thereof, who are required to shower during the same shift. On or about November 4, 2014, at the Pine Have Apartment Complex 700 block of E. McNeese Street Lake Charles, Louisiana the employer did not ensure separate shower facilities were provided for employees of each gender. Each containment employees were observed working within contained only one shower facility although both male and female employees were present on the job.

29 CFR 1926.51(f)(4)(iv): Showers shall be provided with hot and cold water feeding a common discharge line. On or about November 4, 2014 the employer at Pine Haven Apartment Complex 700 Block McNeese Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70601 did not ensure that showers provided for asbestos decontamination were provided with both hot and cold water feeding a common discharge line.
